Reports are delivered via e-mail and in some instances via FTP download. You have a choice as to the format of the data sent. The choices are:
CSV (Comma separated values - used by Excel, Access and many other applications)
TXT (Tab separated values much like CSV)
PRN (a straight list of names and addresses)

SUBSCRIPTIONS: Four week minimum, usually begins on the Monday following payment. To expedite payment, we recommend PayPal electronic payment system, which allows secure credit card payment.
Payment by check delays start of subscription until payment arrives in our office.
DIRECT MAIL: Letters and postcards from our Direct Mail service are sent by First Class US Mail. Mail is sent after payment is received.
